What if I am not going to be at school on May 3rd?

You can pick the yearbook up in the student store at lunch and from 2-2:30 every day from May 6th-10th. We will also be open just after graduation practice on May 10th and on Senior Fun day from 7:30-8:30.

What if I have a friend who wants me to pick it up for them?

Have them email handeland_mackenna@asdk12.org before 1 pm on May 3rd stating who they would like to have pick it up. Sorry, we cannot release a yearbook without prior notice from the purchaser, unless you are listed as a sibling in Q/Parent Connect.

When will the Spring Supplement be here?

The spring supplement will arrive over the summer and will be available for pick up on the first day of school in the student store at lunch and after school. Graduates can pick up from the front office on the first day of school. If you will have already moved out of the area by then, please grab an envelope from us on Distribution Day and provide your new address and pay $5 for mailing.

How do I know if I ordered a Name Stamped book or any add-ons?

Check the list displayed during the assembly and on posters in the hallways. If your name appears on the list, you need to go to the name stamped line on distribution day. You can also check by looking at your order receipt.

How do I find my order information?

Search your inbox for a message from “Walsworth Sales,” aka yearbookforever@walsworth.com. Your subject line will probably be “Your Walsworth Order Confirmation.”

What if I didn’t order a yearbook, but I still want to buy one?

Please put your name on the waiting list at bit.ly/chswaitlist and we will call you if we have any extra copies after distribution.

Info to purchasers:

HEY YOU!! YES, YOU!

Congrats on your new Yearbook. We are so excited to share it with you. A couple of reminders:

1) As soon as you have your book, open it up and check it for any printing errors or damage, tears, ink smears, or upside down pages. Your book has 304 consecutive pages. Please check that you have them all. You must report any errors before you write in your book in order for us to be able to do anything about it. Once you write in your book, we absolutely cannot do anything about it.

2) Once you’ve confirmed that your book is in good shape, PUT YOUR NAME IN IT! Write your first and last name clearly inside the front cover in case you lose your book. We cannot replace lost or stolen books.

3) Yep, we know there are mistakes in the book. It’s a student-made book and is evocative of student work. We proofread everything several times, but there will still be some names we get wrong, people we miss, and photos that aren’t perfect. We are so proud to bring this to you, and we have totally already seen whatever mistake you’re noticing and we are already wincing about them. Be nice.

4) Not pictured? You didn’t come to picture day or retake day, and/or you missed the senior deadline AND didn’t proof the photos when they were posted in the hallway for two weeks. We don’t know what to say. That being said, if you are not indexed anywhere in the book, we will refund you the full cost of your book if you don’t want to keep it.

5) Do you have feedback for us? We’d love to consider your opinion.

  • Put it in writing.
  • Suggest a way we can solve the problem.
  • Email Ms. Handeland (handeland_mackenna@asdk12.org)
  • Consider joining the yearbook staff. That is the. best way to improve the yearbook– be a part of the year-long process!
